Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
Orders ship from the United States (New Jersey). We ship domestically across the U.S. and internationally.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it’s on the way.
What does shipping cost?
One flat rate per destination, however much you order. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order reaches the threshold — no code needed.
How long does delivery take?
These are estimates in business days after dispatch, not guarantees. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country, which are the customer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
DM us on Instagram with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll send you the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement.
What sizes do you carry?
Every piece comes in S, M, L, and XL.
How do they fit?
Jackets fit true to size — take your usual size.
Pants run slightly large, by roughly a size. If you’re between sizes or want a closer fit, we recommend sizing down on the pants.
How do the tracksuit sets work?
Sets include the jacket and pants together, and you choose each size separately. Most people take their true size in the jacket and go one size down in the pants — the picker is built exactly for that.
Where’s the size chart?
A detailed measurement chart is on the way. In the meantime, DM us on Instagram for specific measurements on any item and we’ll get them to you.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation right after checkout, then a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
DM us on Instagram as soon as possible and we’ll do our best — but once an order has shipped we can’t change or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is secured by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay. Prices are in USD, and your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never touch our site.
